Our Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) course helps bridge the gap between international qualifications and Australian nursing standards, ensuring that you are fully prepared to begin your nursing career in one of the world’s most advanced healthcare systems.

The OBA Nursing Academy Course for International Nurses is ideal for nurses who have completed their education in their home countries and wish to gain AHPRA registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) to work in Australia. The course combines theoretical learning, and clinical simulation in our high tech simulated labs for comprehensive understanding of Australian nursing practices.

The program spans 7 weeks and incorporates flexible learning modes to suit the needs of international nurses, ensuring they are fully prepared for the challenges of the OBA process.

Program Structure & Delivery

Duration: 7 weeks 

Mode of Study:

  • Blended Learning: Online Theory and Face-to-face clinical simulation labs training.
  • Week 1-5: Online Theory Training 
  • Week 6: Online NCLEX Exam Readiness & Final Review 
  • Week 7: Practical Training in High-Tech Nursing Simulation Labs

Week 7: Practical Training in High-Tech Nursing Simulation Labs

Conducted in state-of-the-art simulation labs in the Australia replicating Australian healthcare environments.

Focus on OSCE preparation:

  • Training on patient communication, clinical decision-making, and cultural competence.
  • Skill stations for wound care, medication administration, and emergency management.

Assessment of core nursing competencies to ensure readiness for the practical exam.
