By participating in the $100 Gift Card Referral Program with OBA Nursing Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- To qualify for the $100 Gift Card, the referred person must successfully enrol and commence the OBA Nursing Academy program.
- The program enrolment must be valid under the Outcome-Based Assessment Programs offered by OBA Nursing Academy.
2. Referral Process:
- Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form provided by OBA Nursing Academy or other designated channels.
- Each referral must include accurate details of the referrer's name and contact information, as well as the referred person's contact details.
3. Payment of Rewards:
- A $100 Gift Card will be issued to the referrer after the referred person has successfully enrolled and commenced the program.
- Rewards will only be paid after OBA Nursing Academy verifies the enrolment and successful program commencement.
4. Additional Reward Terms:
- If you refer five (5) individuals who enrol and commence their program, you will be eligible for an additional $100 to be applied toward OBA Nursing Academy Professional Development Programs.
5. Gift Card Restrictions:
- The $100 Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The gift card must be used solely in accordance with OBA Nursing Academy's policies and guidelines.
6. Referred Participants:
- Only referred candidates that meet OBA Nursing Academy’s enrolment and commencement requirements are eligible for this promotion.
- Failure by the referred student to fulfil these criteria will disqualify the referral from earning rewards.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
- OBA Nursing Academy reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate this promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants in a reasonable manner.
8. Privacy:
- All personal data provided by the referrer or referred person will be handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and OBA Nursing Academy’s Privacy Policy.
- Personal data will only be used to process the referral program and verify enrolments.
9. Liability:
- OBA Nursing Academy is not liable for any failure, loss, or damage related to the referral program or reward fulfillment unless caused by negligence or breach of these terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
- By submitting a referral, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
