For education and recruitment agents

Agents and partners.

OBA Nursing Academy works with trusted agents and partner organisations who refer internationally qualified nurses and midwives for their Australian registration preparation. You work under a formal agreement, with a clear view of how your candidates are progressing.

What an agent does

Introduce

Tell nurses and midwives in your network about OBA's programmes, using the information we give you.

Refer

Send us each candidate's details before they contact us, so the referral is recorded as yours.

Stay in touch

Keep in contact with your candidates while they study. We handle enrolment, payment and teaching.

What you receive

Support from OBA

  • A written agent agreement that sets out how referrals are recorded and paid
  • A referral fee for each candidate you refer who enrols, as set out in your agreement
  • Approved brochures and programme information
  • Agent Dashboard access to follow your own candidates' progress
  • A named contact at OBA
What we ask

Our standards

  • Use only the programme information OBA has approved
  • Do not promise an exam pass, registration, a job or a visa
  • Do not give migration advice unless you are a registered migration agent
  • Be clear with candidates about any fee you charge them yourself
  • Follow the law in your own country and in Australia, and protect candidates' personal information
For approved partners

  • Live candidate progress, module by module
  • Individual and group progress reports
